Montreal-Trudeau International Airport is experiencing strong and steady growth in passenger traffic. In order to increase the capacity to 35 million passengers annually and to ensure the fluidity of traffic in the departures and arrivals areas, the Access Program has been set up. It consists, among other things, of: - Increasing the capacity of the landing stages - Enlarging the public area of the terminal - Connecting it to the new REM-Airport station. It also targets the reconstruction of parking lots, the development of streets and the development of an automated transport system allowing access to the terminal from various strategic points on the YUL site. ADM is therefore issuing this call for tenders relating to its desire to have a Master Team with recognized expertise in the airport and transportation fields in order to carry out the reference technical concept of the Access Program. The Master-Team will provide services in engineering, architecture and all other relevant disciplines in order to complete the technical reference concept that will allow the realization and construction of its various systems. The latter must represent the interests of ADM throughout its accreditation.
