Renovation of a transportation facility in Dorval, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Within the framework of life cycle management and the master plan for the rehabilitation of roofs and façades, it is necessary to proceed with the rehabilitation of elements that are reaching their useful life and to resolve the problems of water infiltration causing numerous damages and inconveniences at the Montréal-Trudeau International Airport. The present project aims to treat the rehabilitation of 3 building systems of the Montreal-Trudeau International Airport terminal: the roofs, the facades and the glass roofs. For the year 2023, the work planned in the restricted zone is divided into 2 lots: Lot 1: This lot is for the rehabilitation of 13 roofing basins. The plans and specifications are available in this call for tenders. Lot 2: it consists of the repair of 7 roofing basins, 1 complete repair of the glass roof and the repair of the facades (replacement of stone masonry with metal cladding and re-pointing of the masonry). Plans and specifications not yet available. The evaluation of this proposal will include the technical (Lots 1 and 2) and financial (Lot 1 only) proposals. Upon completion of the plans and specifications for Lot 2, a Request for Quotation will be issued to the successful contractor. Documents are available at: https://admtl.bonfirehub.ca/
