This project involves removal of non-native vegetation, restoration of native vegetation, and the restoration of 45 acres of wetlands to address flood control, water quality, and habitat restoration. This project will include some grading to establish swales and sedimentation areas. Design of the project has already been completed and permitting will be carried out by the City's on-call consultant, so these services are not to be included within the contractor's bid for this project. This project will only include the costs associated with the construction and restoration of wetlands within part of the parcel outlined in red on the map provided in the Bid Documents. Restoration should be performed according to the design specifications provided in the Bid Documents. o NOTE: The detention stormwater pond that is included within the drawings that are part of the Bid Documents is not part of this bid. This work will be completed as part of a separate bid process and project that will be carried out at a later date.
