The scope for this project is for a contractor to provide all labor and materials necessary to construct for two pickleball courts in accordance with the Plans and Specifications which have been prepared by Engenuity Group Inc. The quality of the constructed facilities shall meet or exceed standards established by USA Pickleball. The chosen contractor shall also: Locate and verify (horizontally and vertically) all existing utilities prior to the start of construction and notify the various utility companies (during standard business hours) to make the necessary arrangements for a relocation, temporary distribution service, or clarification of activity regarding said utility. Not excavate, remove or otherwise disturb any material, structure, or part of a structure which is located outside the lines, grades, or grading sections established for this project, except where such excavation or removal is provided for in the contract, plans, or specifications. Restore off-site construction areas to equal and/or better condition than existing before the start of construction. Comply with the legal load restrictions in the hauling of materials on public roads beyond the limits of work. The bids will be for furnishing all materials, labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, fees, expertise, and services necessary for the construction of pickleball courts in the Town of Lake Clarke Shores Community Park.
