Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Burlington, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a 4,580-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a 22,974-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.

Furnish all supplies, materials, equipment and labor for the New Gymnasium and Cafeteria Buildings for Burlington Public Schools, Burlington, Oklahoma in accordance with Specifications and Contract Documents prepared by Easley Associates Architects Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays before the final time set for receipt of bids, as well as bids received after the final time set for receipt of bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Business Relationships Affidavit, Non-Collusion Affidavit and cashiers check, certified check, Surety Bid Bond, or an irrevocable letter of credit in the amount of five percent (5%) of the gross amount of the base bid as a guaranty shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Project is new buildings for Gymnasium & Cafeteria Buildings and shall include basketball, locker rooms, lobby spaces, concessions, cafeteria equipment, etc. The project consists of construction of the site and building. The project includes all provisions for all items, materials, equipment, labor, etc. as shown and/or specified on the construction documents prepared by Easley Associates Architects. B. The Work includes clearing and earthwork, soil removal and new soil imported to the site, concrete walks and pads, concrete foundations, concrete slabs, metal siding, masonry walls, metal fabrications, sheet metal fabrications, interior architectural work, rough and finish carpentry, waterproofing, wood doors, hollow metal doors and frames, wood doors, aluminum doors and frames, aluminum windows, hardware, metal studs, gypsum board partitions and ceilings, interior finishes and specialties, ceramic tile, acoustical ceilings, pre-engineered metal building, equipment specified, casework and accessories, fire suppression sprinkler system, fire alarm, plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, etc. as shown on drawings and specified herein.
