General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required - License Required A Bid Bond payable to the City of Huntsville, in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000 must accompany the bid response. e Performance Bond (Surety Bond) to the City of Huntsville, in the amount equal to one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price as awarded. Payment of Labor, Materials, Foodstuffs and Supplies Bond (Surety Bond) to the City of Huntsville , in the amount not less than one hundred (100%) percent *The City of Huntsville reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Any questions or requests for clarification must be addressed at a Pre-Bid Conference, if scheduled, or submitted in writing no less than five (5) business days prior to the date for receipt of bid responses.
