Reference Number 0000337048 The City of Huntsville will receive sealed bids, priced on a firm fixed price basis (stipulated sum), to provide all necessary equipment, materials, labor and supervision necessary, as outlined in the Plans, Specifications, and Bid Manual for the Huntsville Art Museum HVAC Renovation. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required - License Required A Bid Bond payable to the City of Huntsville, in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000 must accompany the bid response. e Performance Bond (Surety Bond) to the City of Huntsville, in the amount equal to one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price as awarded. Payment of Labor, Materials, Foodstuffs and Supplies Bond (Surety Bond) to the City of Huntsville , in the amount not less than one hundred (100%) percent *The City of Huntsville reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Any questions or requests for clarification must be addressed at a Pre-Bid Conference, if scheduled, or submitted in writing no less than five (5) business days prior to the date for receipt of bid responses.
