At Evelyn Alexander Elementary and Howard Yeager Schools, gymnasium improvements consisting of demolition and new Work to provide heating and cooling mechanical units. 2. At Green Bay Early Childhood Center, washroom renovations consisting of demolition and new Work to provide; ADA accessibility, fixture replacement, piping revisions, mechanical revisions, doors, frames, hardware, LED light fixtures, ceramic wall tile, FRP paneling, sheet vinyl flooring, lay-in ceiling system and new finishes. 3. At North Chicago Community High School, renovations and washroom improvements, consisting of demolition and new Work to provide; mechanical revisions, exterior windows, masonry, ADA accessibility, fixture replacement, piping revisions, doors, frames, hardware, LED light fixtures, ceramic wall tile, sheet vinyl flooring, LED light fixtures, lay-in ceiling system, roofing and new finishes. 4.
