# of Firms to Select 1 Bridge Rehabilitation Services Several Bridge Deck Overlay projects throughout the Seymour District The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide an Bridge Scoping Inspection Report, Pavement Design, Geotechnical Services, Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Topographic Survey, Utility Coordination, Scour Analysis, Bridge Rehabilitation Design, and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required, such as Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations, Historical/Architectural Investigations, and Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering and R/W Staking, as needed.) INDOT will provide real estate acquisition services, if needed. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item.
