As of March 13, 2023, this solicitation has been cancelled. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: From Architectural/Engineering (A&E) teams for professional services related to DEARNG CONTRACT NO. 2023-01; NGB PN 100106 - DAGSBORO RC ADD/ALT UMMC A&E SERVICES, New Castle, DE. The Dagsboro Readiness Center Add/Alt UMMC project will utilize the Design/Bid/Build method and include the following: building expansion and renovation of an existing block and brick single story, metal-roofed building. The project includes interior renovations and upgrades to the building's secure spaces, storage rooms, HVAC, bathrooms, and network distribution system. The project also includes modifications to an existing concrete parking lot and the construction of a new parking lot. The DEARNG retains the right to continue the services of the Design/Bid/Build consultant during the construction phase to provide construction administration services to be negotiated separately and at a later date. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is not required and will not be established for this project. This is all the information available for this project. No further project information, including sketches, site plans, or a site visit, will be forthcoming. Responses shall include, and evaluations will be based on: o Demonstrated experience with providing Design/Bid/Build consulting services; strong consideration to be given to firms whose Design/Bid/Build consulting services have been performed on National Guard facilities (20%) o Organizational structure (personnel) established for the project including sub-consultants (5%) o Previous experience (frequency) working with aforementioned sub-consultants in providing similar type services. (15%) o Defined approach firm/team will implement (10%) o Experience with Public Works projects within the State of Delaware (15%) o Geographical location of main or branch office that will be assigned to the project (15%) o Knowledge of National Guard facilities, criteria and standards, including NGB design guides, pamphlet and manuals; knowledge of Unified Facilities Criteria (20%) The Delaware Army National Guard seeks to apportion work equitably to interested and qualified firms. The above criteria will be used to select a firm to perform these services. All information shall be submitted on GSA Forms 254 and 255, SF 330 or equivalent. Respondents are reminded that the project A&E for this work must be registered in the State of Delaware. Selected firms who reply will be given notice of times and dates for scheduled interviews.
