New Building 124x64 GA 8 Classroom Educational Occupancy Flex Scope of Work Description Purchase Price Delivery Block Level and Tie-Down above grade with single dry stack piers Poured Concrete Footers with Surface Bonding Cement on Dirt. Estimate of piers based on 3,000 psf compaction Hi-Rib Skirting to Match Siding (includes hitch removal) Sprinkler Connection onsite. (Customer to bring main within 5' of connection) Sprinkler System must be complete by sprinkler contractor and meet factory installed NFPA 13 Standards. Sprinkler design drawings must be stamped by the design engineer, submitted and approved by the state. These stamped drawings will be provide to the Owner before the State Fire Marshal's inspection and considered as a part of the Close-out Documents.96731 Questions can be emailed to Jeff Little, Director of Facilities @ jjlittle@polk.k12.ga.us.
