Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) Services for Ward 3, 4 & 10 Hospital Service District, Parish of Union d.b.a. Reeves Memorial Medical Center In this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), Reeves Memorial Medical Center is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from highly qualified Louisiana licensed commercial contractors interested in Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) Services for: Reeves Memorial Medical Center, Replacement Hospital. RFQ deadline is at least 72 hours (excluding weekends) from any issued addendum, if applicable. Include acknowledgment of addendum if applicable. SOQ Pro-posers, their consultants, sub consultants, or other parties representing the proposed team for this RFQ may not contact any Reeves Memorial Medical Center Staff or Employee, Hospital Board member, CMAR Selection Committee Member, Design Engineer, Design Architect or Design Sub Consultant, with the exception of the architect for purposes of submitting RFIs, as identified in this RFQ, concerning this Project from the date of this advertisement until after the date of selection. Should any contact be made with those individuals previously identified, the proposer will be immediately disqualified. Reeves Memorial Medical Center, or CMAR Selection Committee reserves the right to reject any or all timely submitted SOQs in response to this RFQ for cause.
