Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Ingleside, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
Construct packaged grinder lift station, force main, saniary sewer lateral and appurtenances to serve the new Faith Park restroom and multiple existing City of Ingleside facilities. Bids are invited for the construction of a grinder pump station and appurtenances. No Pre-bid meeting Bids are invited for the construction of a grinder pump station and appurtenances Bidders must submit a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) issued by an acceptable surety, submitted with each Bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of the CITY OF INGLESIDE, may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. This is required as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract within ten (10) days after Notice of Award of contract to him or her. Bids may be held for a period not exceeding ninety (90) days for the purpose of review of the Bids and investigating the Bidders qualifications. The CITY OF INGLESIDE reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informalities in the Bidding, and to award (in the opinion of the Owner) to the bestresponsible Bidder.
