Description: Project Scope: At the treatment plant, provision of a 1.955 gallon peak flow detention tank including earthwork, foundations, duplex 175 gpm sewage return pumps and pipework, provision of an aeration system with duplex 300 cfm blowers, diffusers, pipework, and support platform at existing sludge tank, construction of duplex 6 ft. x 38 ft. rectangular clarifiers with sludge scraper mechanism, walkway, effluent weirs, scum pump, duplex 150 gpm sludge pumps and pipework, aeration basin-to-clarifiers mixed liquor gravity flow pipework, removal and replacement of ultraviolet disinfection system in existing channels, a new 250 KW generator, plus electrical work and equipment, fence work, miscellaneous pipework, sitework, and stormwater pollution prevention plan implementation. At the collection system primary lift station, construction of a junction manhole, a vertical mechanical trash screen and manhole, a new 10 ft. diameter wet well, duplex 192 gpm submersible sewage pumps, repositioning existing submersible sewage pumps into new wet well, valve vault and pipework, electrical work and equipment, fence work and sitework, plus, construction of 2600 ft. (+/-) of 6-inch C-900 PVC pressure sewer, include two steel pipe casing borings, from the lift station to a new valved interconnect with an existing 8-inch PVC pressure sewer near the treatment plant, including valve vault and pressure sewer pipes and connections to the peak flow detention tank.
