The work to be performed under this contract consists of: This project consists of the construction of a new Aquatics complex for the City of Gwinner. Completion Date: May 30, 2024 This project consists of the construction of a new Aquatics complex for the City of Gwinner. This project includes several schedules, additive and deductive alternates as further described below: Schedule I: This schedule includes the construction of 2 CMU buildings with wood truss roofs and metal surface finishes. The new bathhouse is 2,083 SF including all electrical and mechanical features outlined in the plans, a 4,355 SF concrete swimming pool with stainless steel gutter and pressure sand filter with pump, natural gas pool heater, concrete decks with drainage system, perimeter chain link fences, deck equipment, and miscellaneous items for complete installation Schedule II: This schedule includes the construction 20' high dual flume waterslide with run of troughs, and miscellaneous items for complete installation. Schedule III: This schedule includes the extension of 525 LF 8" PVC sewer main, 2 manholes, 1 drop structure, 120 LF 4" sewer service, 345 LF 2" HDPE water main, 2 2" curb stops, surface restoration and miscellaneous items for complete installation Deductive Alternate No. DI: This schedule will remove the costs associated with providing and installing the speed flume, pump and piping and the runoff trough. Additive Alternate No. AI: Installation of a 1,600 SF swim channel, with a recirculation and a pressure sand filter with pump, natural gas pool heater, concrete decks with drainage system, perimeter chain link fences, propulsion system including 1200 gpm pump, inlet and discharge grate and piping, access stairs, deck equipment and miscellaneous items for complete installation. Additive Alternate No. AII: Installation of an asphalt, concrete curb gutter and sidewalk drop off loop. There is 180 LF concrete curb & gutter removal, 660 SY subgrade preparation, 110 CY aggregate base, 570 LF concrete curb & gutter / valley gutter, 135 SY 5" concrete sidewalk, 1420 TON commercial grade hot mix asphalt and miscellaneous items for complete installation Deductive Alternate No. DII: This alternative will extend the completion date to May 30, 2025. This amount will be deducted from Bid Item 1 Mobilization, Taxes, Bond, Insurance in Schedule I. This project consists of the construction of a New Aquatics Complex (REBID) for the City of Gwinner. This project includes several schedules, and an additive alternate as further described below: Schedule I: This schedule includes the construction of 2 CMU buildings with wood truss roofs and metal surface finishes. The new bathhouse is 1700 SF and the filter building is 420 Sf including all electrical and mechanical features for both as outlined in the plans, the concrete decks with drainage system including connection to the 6" sewer service, the concrete for the splash deck area, the under concrete piping from the filter building to the splash deck end caps, the drains and piping from the splash deck to 5' outside the perimeter fence, perimeter chain link fences, the site demolition and new site grading and miscellaneous items for complete installation. Schedule IIA: This schedule includes the construction a 5,200 SF concrete swimming pool with stainless steel gutter, pool fill line and installation of owner provided cartridge filters with pump, installation of owner provided electric pool heaters, installation of Owner provided chemical feed system, deck equipment and miscellaneous items for complete installation of the swimming pool tank, recirculation, heating and chemical feed systems. Schedule IIB: This schedule includes the construction a 5,200 SF contractor designed vinyl/vermiculite/galvanized swimming pool with wall inlets, skimmers, fill line piping and pump manifold, the engineered and wet stamped drawings and certifications ,the installation of Owner provided cartridge filters with pump, installation of owner provided electric pool heaters, installation of Owner provided chemical feed system, deck equipment and miscellaneous items for complete installation of the swimming pool tank, recirculation, heating and chemical feed systems. Schedule III: Installation of contractor provided features on the 900 SF splash deck, provide and install a manifold system with feature controller, with installation of an Owner provided cartridge filter with pump, installation of Owner provided electric pool heater, installation of an Owner provided chemical feed system, an allowance to provide and install the splash deckfeatures ,provide and install a 2,500-gallon storage tank with connection fittings, a 48" strainer MH with internal piping and miscellaneous items for complete installation to make the splash deck operational..
