Site work and outdoor lighting for a parking garage in Mount Pleasant, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a parking garage; and for outdoor lighting for a parking garage.
This expedites the process and reduces errors for both buyer and supplier. Deliveries shall be F.O.B Destination. It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule. Inspection By DOT A specified DOT representative shall be contacted by the awarded bidder to arrange for inspections of each order prior to shipment unless otherwise specified by specified DOT inspection representative.
