Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Description of Work: This project consists of adding a southbound through lane on Wyoming Boulevard, south of Menaul Boulevard. Construction includes: removing and replacing concrete roadway surface at the intersection of Wyoming Blvd. and Menaul Blvd. and traffic signals at the four corners of the intersection, closure of Victor Circle, realignment of the Wyoming Blvd. and Prospect Avenue intersection, ADA improvements, asphalt pavement restoration, permanent signing and striping, and minor utility relocations.
