All contractors responding to this advertisement for bids must comply with all applicable requirements of Chapters 3 and 5 of Title 31 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended. Bid containers must be SEALED and marked. Upon the outside or exterior of which is found the contractor's current Certificate of Responsibility number or statement to the effect that the bid enclosed does not exceed $50,000.00 (fifty thousand dollars), pursuant to the provisions of 31-3-21 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days without the written consent of the City.
