5 April- Uploaded updated Questions and Answers and Solicitation The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Jackson has a requirement to procure a non-personnel service contract to provide all necessary management, supervision, personnel, labor, materials, supplies, transportation, general and specialized equipment and clothing required to perform all work in connection with the maintenance and repairs to washers and electric and natural gas dryers and installation of new Government furnished washers and electric and natural gas dryers in facilities as required at Fort Jackson, South Carolina 29207. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The anticipated period of performance will be 1 Apr 2023 - 31 Mar 2028, resulting in a one (1) year base period and four (4) one year option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition 811412 - Appliance Repair and Maintenance., with a size standard of $16.5M. The requirement will be solicited as a 100% competitive Economically Dissadvantaged Women-Owned Small Businesse (EDWOSB) set aside.
