Renovation of an educational facility in Columbia, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Base Bid includes the removal and replacement of (4) packaged rooftop units with new as shown in the bid documents. Provide alternate pricing to replace (4) units as noted on the floor plans (AHD/HPD-7, 8, 9, & 11) separately from the based bid. Provide unit pricing to replace (1) existing classroom split heat pump unit with new ductless mini-splits as shown. Unit prices shall be based on a per occurrence to install or modify a whole functional system. Bid Security is Required in an Amount Not Less Than 5% of the Base Bid. The successful Contactor will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price.
