Site work for a municipal facility in Crystal, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
As of 12/29/2022 The start date is anticipated to be early 2023 and the current contract is a 10 year contract. Furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment for the following estimated major quantities of work: Item Quantity 4' wide by 8' tall panels Anti-Scale Fencing 3,500 linear fee Pedestrian door panels 16 each 16' wide Vehicle Gates 12 each Bids should be prepared according to the Contract Documents, which were approved by the Fencing Consortium Board. Bidders are required to submit information indicating they have the practical experience of the particular work bid upon, and that they have the ability and resources to complete the proposed work in a manner satisfactory to the Fencing Consortium. The Bidder must readily and independently document that the Bidder possesses the experience, available personnel, equipment and financial resources for a timely and professional completion of this project. The Bidder shall submit the requested information that will assist the Fencing Consortium in determining whether the Bidder is adequately prepared to full the Contract. The Fencing Consortium reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Fencing Consortium. The Fencing Consortium will consider award of this Contract at their regular meeting to be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 14, 2022.
