Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Port Stanley, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Construction of three (3) retaining wall sections to match the existing bin walls along the entire bluff on the south side of Front Street, the introduction of storm sewers on Front Street and storm sewer outlet down the existing bluff installed using Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) technology, as well as, the introduction of an infiltration gallery at Stanley Park Crescent. Road construction on Front Street will introduce concrete curbs, a parking bay, and multiple catch basins. Some existing water service boxes will be relocated to property line to accommodate concrete curbs. Question Deadline 12/08/2022 at 11:59 PM ET Liquidated damages will apply at a rate of $1500/day. Bid Bond: no less than $400,000.00
