The Central Utah Water Conservancy District (OWNER) on behalf of the Provo River Watershed Council (PRWC) is soliciting technical proposals from interested engineering firms to provide expertise and professional engineering services for the development of the Provo River Watershed Council Strategic Plan. The following outlines work specifications and the request for proposals. At the request of the PRWC Governing Board the contractor shall: (1) Identify, assess, and prioritize potential sources of contamination in the watershed. (2) Assess the current PRWC workplan to determine how adequately each potential source of contamination is addressed. (3) Provide a report of the analysis for review and feedback. ( 4) Develop a strategic plan that prioritizes recommendations based on the analysis. (5) Provide a master copy of the strategic plan, as approved by the PRWC Governing Board, in both paper and electronic format suitable for duplication. The final report shall be provided to the Governing Board by April 30th 2023. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
