Renovation of an educational facility in Orem, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of May 23, 2023, construction is underway and expected to be completed June 15, 2023, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. No further inquiries to be accepted. Project consists of renovating existing spaces into a space for the Women's Success Center. The project has two defined phases. a. Phase 1- The selective demolition of interior construction and new interior construction as indicated for new offices and classrooms. The existing building is to remain in use until the new facilities are in operation. b. Phase 2- Installation of new DIRTT wall systems and its coordination with the existing and new construction. c. Phase 3- Installation of Owners system and office furniture and its coordination with the existing and new construction. The office is to be typical commercial office commercial construction II-B Construction, with structural steel framing, steel columns and joists, steel stud infill, gypsum sheathing, full bed brick and stucco veneer. Interior construction will be typical commercial construction of metals studs, gypsum painted walls, carpet tile, luxury vinyl tile flooring, ceramic and stone tile, and cabinetry, lay in ceiling grid and all finishes as indicated.
