Demolition, site work and addition to a pre-engineered storage facility in Elmwood, Illinois. Completed plans call for the addition of a 3,000-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility.
A pre-engineered wood pole building addition of approximately 3,000 sq. ft. including a masonry fire wall, MEP systems including building exhaust, electrical panels, and an automatic sprinkler system in addition to standard MEP building systems. Project Completion date(s): 1. Substantial Completion: Friday, July 21, 2023. 2. Final Completion: Friday, August 4, 2023. Bidders shall provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00 2113 - Instructions to Bidders. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. Bids shall not be withdrawn for Sixty (60) calendar days from the date of receipt of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers and to waive informalities in the bidding. Successful bidders shall conform to the current rules and regulations of the Fair Employment Practices Commission. Attention is called to the provisions of Equal Employment Opportunity. Contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to all laborers, workers and mechanics performing work under this contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12).
