The County of Maui, Department of Housing & Human Concerns - Housing Division (Housing Division), is seeking detailed proposals from interested and qualified Contractors to provide Landscaping Services to install landscaping at the Huliau Apartments Project as identified on the Landscape Planting Plan (LPAP) approved by the Department of Planning to include: installation of an irrigation system using less than 26 gallons per minute (gpm) of water, prepare soil and sow drought tolerant grasses, plant privacy hedge along parking lot, plant trees per LPAP, obtain applicable permits, etc. Contractors must also prepare an Irrigation Plan. Contractors must be licensed and insured, approved to perform work for the County of Maui, and are requested to provide three (3) qualifying references of work on completed jobs.
