The intersections to be upgraded are at the following locations: Hwy 16A and Spruce Valley Road Hwy 16A and Pinchbeck/Bevington Road The scope of work includes, but it not limited to, grading, common excavation, borrow material culverts, roadway construction, sanitary and watermain installation, signage, line painting, traffic signals installation, streetlighting and other works as described in this document.
