Renovation of a transportation facility in Manchester, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The City of Manchester, New Hampshire, Department of Aviation is seeking bids for the construction of the MHT Terminal Translucent Skylight Replacement Project. The scope of the work includes the removal and replacement of approximately 12,000 square feet of the existing terminal skylights. Bids will be accepted only from contractors that meet the Department of Aviation qualification requirements. Refer to the project manual for the qualification requirements. Each bidder must deposit with his/her bid, security in the amount of 5% of the total bid. A 100% performance and payment bond will be required with the contract. The contract will be awarded to lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The Bidder shall refer to all federal, state, and local bidding requirements within the documents. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding or to reject any or all bids.
