This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by Loyalist Township (the "Township") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Loyalist Township Standby Generator Replacements as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The project includes the replacement of standby generators, at the Bath Sewage Pumping Station #1 and Lakeview Sewage Pumping station. Work at the Bath PS#1 will include, but not be limited to: - Demolition and disposal of existing diesel generator and associated appurtenances. - Preparing soil for a new exterior generator concrete pad. - Providing a new standby natural gas generator - Tying in electrical and natural gas services from the pumping station. - Infilling roof/wall openings as detailed in the design package. Work at the Lakeview SPS will include, but not be limited to: - Demolition and disposal of existing diesel generator and associated appurtenances. - Preparing soil for a new exterior generator concrete pad. - Providing a new standby diesel generator - Tying in electrical services from the station. Infill roof/wall openings as detailed in the design package. Completion Date The Township acknowledges the constraints associated with global supply chain issues. To that end, the Contractor may be granted flexibility in scheduling the work, with a target completion date of December 2023. The purpose of these site visits is to provide Respondents an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the Work and existing conditions.
