Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pensacola, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of January 26th, 2023 this project is still pending an award decision. The Macky Bluffs Outfall project will consist of the construction of a new stormwater outfall and control structure on Avocet Lane, in the Macky Bluffs subdivision in Escambia County, Florida. A 30-inch RCP pipe will be constructed from an existing Escambia County Pond (the "Ellyson Pit" Pond) down Avocet Lane to tie into an existing FDOT stormwater facility. Seven manholes and a mitered end section will be constructed. The existing roadway and curb and gutter will be reconstructed where it is impacted by drainage installation, and the roadway will be milled and resurfaced for the limits of the project.Questions concerning this request should be directed to the Escambia County Purchasing Office in writing at dwmiller@myescambia.com prior to 5:00 p.m. CT. on December 11, 2022.
