Renovation of a municipal facility in Pensacola, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Renovation of an existing office into a single restroom with shower. Demolition of existing office finishes will include removal of existing carpet and base, removal of existing door and frame, removal of existing drywall down to studs in areas indicated on drawings, and removal of existing ceiling tile. The ceiling grid and exiting lights will remain for reuse. Modular carpet tile in the adjacent corridor will be removed for saw cutting the slab. New work will include building new walls and relocating entry to the room on the south wall. A shower stall and restroom fixtures will be installed, including a toilet, sink and associated accessories. Tile will be installed on the floor and walls up to 6, with painted drywall above. The shower will have solid surface panels and pan. New ceiling tile will be inserted in the existing grid, which will need to be reworked to accommodate the new walls. Modular carpet tile in the hallway will be replaced.
