As of January 20, 2023, no bids received. No definite date for the rebid. All work would need to be completed prior to March 31, 2023. You do not have to bid on both projects. This project is subject to a Davis Bacon Act (DOL 29 CFR part 5). Contractors will be required to comply with wage and labor provisions and to pay minimum wages in accordance with wage rates established by the US DOL. This funding is subject to Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended (12 U.S.C. 1701u) and subject to vicinity hiring practices. Minority and Section 3 business's are encouraged to submit bid proposals. Project Overview Security System - This project will include installation of a new system at two locations and the full replacement of the entire system at 4 others. It will not require new wiring other than the minor additions stated. There will be an internal camera at each entrance of all 5 properties and also an internal camera at 4 existing program spaces. Residential Construction Projects - Complete Residing of a house and garage, plus replacement of access door and window installations in the garage of one location, Reroof and installation of gutters at another location including adding a canopy to the house and adding a handicap ramp.
