Renovation of a water / sewer project in Medina, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of 10/26/2022 Award date: 11/01/2022 The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following: A. Removal and disposal of existing filter media in filter vessels. B. Furnishing and installing new filter media in filter vessels. C. Inspection of interior steel surfaces of filter vessels. D. Complete blasting and painting interior steel surfaces of filter vessels (Bid Alternate No. 1). E. Removal and disposal of existing media retaining nozzles. F. Furnishing and installing new media retaining nozzles. G. Disinfection of filter vessels and appurtenances. H. Providing system start-up and training. The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Medina shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
