Renovation of a residential development in Cottonwood, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Verde Valley Habitat for Humanity and Northern Arizona Council of Governments (VVHFH/NACOG), have been awarded Yavapai County CDBG funds from the Arizona Department of Housing for home repair projects. NACOG will accept bids from qualified firms registered with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors to make minor repairs to four homes in Yavapai County located in Cottonwood, Rimrock, Camp Verde, and Mayer. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: electrical service and distribution, exterior painting, HVAC replacement, mobile home leveling, flooring and subflooring repairs and replacement, and plumbing repairs. VVHFH/NACOG may waive informalities in the bids, may negotiate with any and all bidders, and may reject all bids if it is deemed in the best interest of VVHFH/NACOG. VVHFH/NACOG provides for Fair Housing and Equal Employment Opportunity. CONTRACTOR must pay to OWNER the sum of Fifty dollars ($50) for each and every calendar day that the time consumed in completing the work
