Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Pickwick Dam, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
This event is to bid for a four (4) month contract for agency: TN Department of Environment & Conservation. Specifications and terms & conditions are attached. Contact: Shane Gibson at 615-253-4762 and Shane.Gibson@tn.gov. READ THE ENTIRE BID, including the Event Details, Specifications, and Terms and Conditions and any other attachments. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid Event is to establish a term contract to provide: The State of Tennessee, with products and/or services as described in the attached terms, conditions, specifications and price sheet. A term contract means a contract in which a source or sources for supply are established for a specified period of time at an agreed upon price(s). 1) Remove all roofing material to deck. 2) Remove all siding, windows, fascia, and trim on building down to stud. 3) Remove counters in ranger's office and between admin area and lobby. 4) Remove the baseboard heaters underneath the front windows. 5) Remove plague and post and two solar light posts in front of building for reuse. 6) Remove aggregate concrete in front of building and to 8-feet on aviary side. Avoid damaging water shutoff valve located within bushes. 7) Remove bathroom windows and tall lobby side windows
