Renovation of a mixed-use development in Springfield, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and office development.

Storefront wall with double doors and access controls Provide all labor and materials for the following: Install approx. 13'x 8' storefront with a set of aluminum storefront doors. Frame color: Bronze). Doors will be clear anodized Kawneer, medium stiles, 10" bottom rail, continuous hinges, 8-1/4" cross rail, Von Duprin panic, pull handle, LCN 4040 closer, Von Duprin power transformer. Glass to be 1/4 " tempered and framing to be Kawneer 450. New stops will be added as needed. Access card reader installed on vestibule side for employee access. Admin desk, located at passthrough window, will need push button door controller (utilize existing 5 button controller located at existing administrator's desk). Will need to reroute cables for existing doors to be operated at new desk location. Pass through window will be approx. 3'4" x 3'2" with 1/2 " tempered glass with a 3" speaker hole and cover, pass through opening will be approximately 12"x2" at bottom of glass. 3M SAF Ultra S800 film will be installed on all glass windows from the door height down, including pass through window, this Ultra S800 film will be installed on the interior (office side) of the glass. 3M SAF Safety S70 will be installed on the same glass on the exterior (vestibule) side. Project quotes will be due by 12/19/2022 before 11:30 a.m. A site visit is scheduled for 11/29/2022, 10:30 a.m. Provide Commencement and Substantial Completion dates in the attributes. The Final Completion date shall be 30 calendar days after the Substantial Completion Date. A Notice to Proceed would be issued, pending Board of Education approval, January 17, 2023.
