Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Livonia, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
Bids are requested for a single prime contract for Site Work, in accordance with Drawings, Project Manual, and other Bidding and Contract Documents prepared by Hunt Engineers, Architects, Land Surveyors & Landscape Architect, DPC 4 Commercial Street, Suite 300, 3rd Floor, Rochester, NY 14614. As bid security, each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond made payable to Owner, in accordance with the amounts and terms described in the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. All questions prior to bid opening must be received by the close of business on December 8, 2022. Questions shall be directed to Dan Holmes at Campus Construction Management at email dholmes@campuscmg.com. All bidders request for information shall use the form located in specification 00 12 00 - Request for Information. A digital copy of this form is available upon request.
