DiStasi, Jr. Pavilion" as set forth in the design/specification documents which are incorporated herein by reference.Contract term: 4 Months.Business entities awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years:Construction Vertical: Building Construction; Rehabilitation & New Construction - Construction - Classification Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Questions regarding the RFP shall be directed to the Architect, Sean Williams, Williams ReCraft only. All questions should be submitted by email only to sean@williamscraft.com. The Charles Lewis Distasi Pavilion is an outdoor recreational facility for the Town of Lloyd located on the village field. The pavilion cover approximately 2500sf of exterior gathering space, include a storage facility of approx.. 500sf for the Town of Lloyd Recreation Department and 6 public use restrooms. The restrooms will be equipped for year round use.
