Site work for a water / sewer project in Bethpage, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work consists of the construction of a 300,000-gallon elevated water storage tank, yard piping, and all appurtenances thereto. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bidder must agree to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $800.00 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter from Substantial Completion, and $800.00 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter from Final Completion as hereinafter provided in the Contract and General Conditions
