The project consists of, but is not limited to, demolition and disposal of the existing synthetic turf field, rock subbase and drainage system. Proposed improvements also include grading, import of proposed pea gravel, sand, subdrain system, irrigation system, PCC curb, installation of sod that is provided by owner, and miscellaneous associated work necessary to complete the project. Bid security shall be agreed upon as the measure of liquidated damages which the Owner will sustain by failure, neglect or refusal of bidder to deliver a signed contract stipulating performance of the Work in unqualified compliance with Contract Documents.
