It is the intent of this RFP to establish a term contract for Grounds and Landscape Maintenance to be performed on a year round basis for Bathsheba Bowens Park, Futrell Park and Garden of Hope Park. Proposals for a service only that is $25,000.00 or greater must be accompanied by a bidder's bond or cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total dollar amount of the proposal submitted, payable to the City of Myrtle Beach. No other forms of security will be accepted.
