Sacramento City Unified School District (District) is seeking qualified persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations to provide planning, Designer and construction administration services to Electrical/Low Voltage Design Services for project assigned by District that may include Bell and Intercom systems, Fire Alarm systems, Security systems or I.T. systems. Selection may be one firm or several to support the Districts overall program needs. Each submittal must conform and be responsive to the requirements set forth in this RFQ/P. The District reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in received submittals. Further, the District reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to negotiate contract terms with one or more respondent firms for one or more of the work items. The District retains the sole discretion to determine issues of compliance and to determine whether a respondent is responsive, responsible, and qualified. Question Deadline 12/01/2022 Notification of interest and questions related to this RFQ should be submitted in writing via e- mail to tina-alvarez-bevens@scusd.edu, cc: mnewton@bdconnect.com and chris-ralston@scusd.edu. Responses to all questions received will be posted on the Districts website and e-mailed to all firms expressing an interest in submitting a response to this RFQ no later than Friday, December 2, 2022. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. As of November 28, 2022, the due date and time has been confirmed with the owner.
