Site work for a swimming pool in Sacramento, California. Working plans call for site work for a swimming pool.
The existing fiberglass at the McClatchy Park Pool shall be demolished down to the bare concrete shell; with the limits of the fiberglass removal to be at the bottom of the coping and/or to the wall tile. Other work shall consist of refinishing the fiberglass pool finish; repairing and/or removal of the existing expansion joints which shall be the responsibility of the City of Sacramento. Additional improvements shall consist of demolishing the wall return inlets; demolishing the main drain grate covers; and restoring all lane lines, depth markers, and such back to be consistent with the current health code requirements. All improvements must be in conformance with the construction documents contained herein including all materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and services necessary, complete and ready to use by Thursday, June 1, 2023.
