**As of February 27, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Project description: Stormwater improvements, utility improvements, new flat work and building pad preparation, of a site located adjacent to the current NBU Service Center on FM 306 Near the intersection of Longhorn Industrial Drive. Construction of drainage improvements (i.e., detention and retention ponds) adjacent to the fire training facility. All questions regarding the bidding documents shall be submitted to the City of New Braunfels Purchasing Manager in writing. Written questions shall be submitted to Barbara Coleman at: bcoleman@nbtexas.org. Questions may be submitted no later than December 9, 2022.
