The G-IV will be operated and maintained in accordance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) for the particular category and class of aircraft and these specifications. The GIV currently operates under Subpart F of Federal Aviation Regulations Part 91. To register, the SAM Internet address is: http://www.sam.gov. Potential bidders are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and/or Amendments and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package.
