However, this contract will be assigned to the CONTRACTOR responsible for the construction of the new primary school in Beauport. The latter will be responsible for coordinating the installation of the acquired assets. By submitting a bid, the TENDERER irrevocably and unambiguously accepts that the rights and obligations of the PUBLIC BODY arising from the contract to be entered into, be transferred to the GENERAL CONTRACTOR chosen by the PUBLIC BODY. The supplier must demonstrate that he holds a contractor's license issued under the Quebec Building Act (RLRQ, c. B-1.1), attesting that he has the sub-category(s) required for the performance of the work described in the tender documents. With subcategory 11.2 Equipment and special products contractor.
