Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint Cloud, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

Work performed under this contract shall include all labor, materials, equipment necessary to provide the completion of gutter install project as shown in the drawings provided by the District.The scope will include the installation of approximately 3,000 L.F. of galvalume gutters, refer to drawings for gutter sizing, approximately 3,000 L.F. of gutter guard mesh, approximately 500 L.F. of galvalume downspouts, and installation of new elbow/diverters, the gutter system material will need to be warranted for fifty years. The scope also includes cleaning and flushing any permanent underground drains and cleaning up all debris throughout the project.A separate contract document is included as part of this bid, see Attachment 3. No exceptions to the contract will be accepted. The lowest, responsive and responsible bidder shall be prepared to sign the attached contract "as is" within twenty-four hour notice of the posting of the intend to award.
