Introduction and Purpose The purpose of this request for Pre-Qualification ("RFPQ") is to invite interested parties to submit Responses indicating their interests in, and qualifications for, becoming pre-qualified to participate in future procurement processes issued for projects arising from a program of work related to the primary care tenant improvement projects ("Projects"). Fraser Health Authority (FHA)'s objective is to create a list of firms that are prequalified for architectural services in connection with the Projects. This RFPQ is not a tender, an offer, or a request for proposals, and there is no intention by the FHA to make an offer by issuing this RFPQ. The pre-qualified list created under this RFPQ will expire on the three-year anniversary of the publication date of the pre-qualified list. FHA reserves the right to terminate the pre-qualified list at any time by written notice to the pre-qualified Respondents. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
