Renovation of an educational facility in Greeneville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Greeneville City Schools requests bids for Eastview Elementary School Roof Replacement. Project consists of a partial roof replacement for Eastview Elementary School. Project Location: 454 E. Bernard Avenue, Greeneville, TN 37745. All bidders must be licensed Contractors in compliance with the Contractors Licensing Act of 1994, Tennessee Code Annotated 62-6 et. seq., enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, as currently amended. Greeneville City Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to determine which bid in in their best interest. The Work consists of removing the existing roof membrane, insulation and blocking down to the steel roof deck in the designated portion of Eastview Elementary School and replacing the blocking, roof insulation and roof membrane over the entire area. The new roofing system will consist of pressure-treated wood blocking around the perimeter, polyisocyanurate insulation tapered 1/4 " per foot, and adhered 80 mil PVC membrane. A 30-year warranty must be provided on the completed installation. If existing flashing and counterflashing is damaged during the course of the Work, replace with copper materials of same thickness and profile. removal and replacement of existing roofing materials on a portion of a school building. 1. The existing roof system consists of the following: a. Steel roof deck or cementitious wood fiber deck. b. 3 inches of rigid roof insulation. c. Membrane roofing system.
