Town of Eagle (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Eby Creek Rd at Chambers Art Mural Project Bids for the construction of the Project will be received electronically with the following exact text in the subject line: Bid for Eby Creek Rd at Chambers Art Mural Project The Project includes the following Work: Structural design and framework fabrication of 3 qty 10' tall by 16' wide, 3 qty 10' tall by 12' wide, and 3 qty 10' tall by 8' wide structural frames, 9 qty top caps with LED downlights, 21 qty structural steel square posts, all trim pieces, and all mounting hardware. Foundation design and in-place construction of 21 qty of 2'-6" diameter x 6' min embedded depth of sonotube formed caissons of concrete with rebar cage and embedded anchor bolts. Field attachment of artist supplied and painted 27 qty of 4' wide x 10' tall 3mm Dibond ACM (aluminum composite material) panels after frame is erected in-place. Installation of two qty of 1" minimum diameter PVC conduits with long radius elbows installed at least 24" deep from the electrical meter location daisy chained to each of the 9 qty of erected Art Mural frames on foundations. Restore project area to equal or better than existing conditions by regrading all disturbed areas and removing all debris.
