Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Eagle, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The bid results (totals only) will be sent via email to all bidders after opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in any bid. The work to be performed generally includes: approximately 8803 SY clear and grub, 5744 SY asphalt remove and dispose, 212 LF concrete curb and gutter remove and dispose, 832 tons of asphalt roadway and recreation path, 1,426 tons of Class 6 basecourse, 2,609 tons of Class 2 subbase, 462 LF of concrete curb and gutter, 2 each concrete splitter islands, 53 LF 24 RCP storm pipe, 2 each 24 concrete flared end sections, 22 LF 18 RCP storm pipe, 2 each 18 concrete flared end sections, 25 LF 18 CMP, 1 each 18 plastic flared end section, electric conduit and (2) streetlights, various signage removal and install. Each Bidder shall file with his Bid a cashier s check, or a Bid Bond, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Performance, Payment and Warranty Bond guaranteeing faithful performance. No Bids may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days after the date Bids are opened.
